Public Housing-Coogan Terrace

The Melvindale Housing Commission operates Coogan Terrace, a 199 unit low income senior and handicapped public housing facility. Coogan Terrace offers safe and affordable qualified low income housing those that can live independently.

Section 8

The Melvindale Housing Commission operates a Section 8 Choice Voucher program. This program was established to help low-income individuals and families acquire safe, decent, and affordable housing.
