People who live, work, or attend school in Melvindale may receive a library card without additional charge. The Melvindale Public Library is a member of The Library Network (TLN). The library has a broad collection on many different topics and interests. The library subscribes to many different newspapers and magazines. Through The Library Network, the Melvindale Public Library is able to inter-loan books from other libraries in the system. The Melvindale Public Library also has access to a constantly changing foreign language collection.
