John and his wife, Joalice have been married for 33 years. They are the parents of two children and have five grandchildren. John has been a member of the Melvindale Northern Allen Park School Board, a member of the Melvindale Planning Commission and Chair of the Melvindale Historical Society. He has served on the Melvindale City Council for 4 years. John is a Registered Radiographer, and is a certified Secondary School Teacher. He has numerous published articles in schools, Avila College, Jackson Community College, St. John Hospital, Washtenaw Community College, Radiological Physics Corporation and Sienna Heights University. He is currently a Special Procedures Technologist at U of M Children’s Hospital at the Ann Arbor campus. John’s education include Associated Degree from Washtenaw Community College, Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees from U of M and has taken post-grad classes.
